Convenient and comfortable
Great location near Sendai station. A good buffet breakfast. Very helpful staff.
As is common in Japan rooms are fairly compact but bathroom was surprisingly spacious.

Good location, only few mins walk from JR. Staff is nice. Toilet is good, clean and bigger than average Japanese standard
my friend feel that so much dust inside the room which made her nose congested. Anyway, i didn't feel it :)

Great location and great breakfast but quite expensive for the room size and bed firmness.
The breakfast was amazing. The lobby was beautiful and the staff were kind and attentive.
The beds and pillows were hard. The room was very small and the cost was expensive for the size of the room.

The breakfast was amazing some of the food in the menu changed every day. And the staff were nice to us.
Nothing at all I just noticed hair in the bathtub.
